  1. You're back!

    Your poor back!

Hope you're up and at 'em soon, Bob. They'll need you at the Emirates.

    I hate lychees.

  2. My mother had to spend six months wearing a body cast after getting a slipped disc. Not that I want to frighten you or anything.

Anyway, get well soon. We need you in a world where bloggers get acclaim for writing posts in which they sneer at poor people on public transport ... er, ahem, anyway, I think I may have said more than enough.

  3. 1. A book about a Hussy written by a Hussey. I have no interest in that vacant Hilton woman's sordid secrets. After-all, we've all seen her internet videos many times over and they're starting to look tired already.

    2. I hope you get well soon.

    Love and potatoes,

    Bill.

  4. Sorry about the back Bob. Thanks for the fascinating insight into your working methods. Long hand composition is becoming increasingly rare especially with so few revisions and spelling mistakes. I don't know how the Brontes managed frankly.

  5. Bob
I was so pleased to see your post!
    Terrible news about your back.
I'll say a prayer for you.

    As always,
    It's a pleasure.

  7. Yay! And the news from Japan is good too. I got her to fly in especially to cheer you.

Let's keep fingers crossed and all other extremities too. You better get writing some more to fill up the 130 pages that need filling.

The word verif seemed to just shout 'berzerk' at me. Lordi!

  9. Another splendid post Bob. Back sounds like muscle spasm. Go and see a physioterrorist ( as I like to call them) - I was plagued with bad back and intermittenly crawling around for years in agony and after a couple of pummels with physio - all gone. Take good care. XX

PS: lying flat is the worst thing for it - try to move around as much as you can (within reason)
