  1. She's got nice writing old Lucers hasn't she?

PS: Lovely to bump into you the other day despite the fact I made myself the most unpopular person in the supermarket by blocking all entrances to tills without pause for breath!

Romotissuerie of Motissueries (because it's that time of year). xx

  2. Yes indeedy Rococco of Mococco, it's a dainty hand our Lucy's. If you get your skates on, there's a mint condition first ed. hardback copy of her latest one ('Doctors and Nurses') in the BHF shop. Three quid. I'd just bought it on Amazon, more's the pity.

Yes, you too me dear. Must meet up for a glass of fizz before Crimbo...

Hope the sniffles clear up soon..

  3. Bob! I take it you have purchased tickets for one of Magazine's gigs at The Forum for next February?

  4. Thanks for the heads up Mister Ister.

Unfortunately, in the wake of my failed career as a rock star/glam icon/internet lady drag boy etc., I have renounced the world of rock. I now find nothing more pleasurable in life than to be sat, feet up, before a roaring fire with a good book and a nice cup of cocoa.

On a more positive note, I notice my weekly stats are now down to 2 visits. I'm sure if I can get back to posting regularly again, I'll be able to halve that in next to no time...

    (Fickle cunts, bloggers...)

  6. That must explain why you were no where to be seen at the recent Barry Gray gig at the RFH.

    Word verif: repti
Just the "l" and the "e" missing from that one.

  7. Barry Gray, eh? (Ah, such poetry...)

Did he do the Theme from Joe 90? Or that brilliant Shadows pastiche from (was it?) Thunderbirds.

Maybe I'll have to have a rethink....

No, somethimes you just have to hold your hands up and admit that it's just automatically generated jibberish (...and so's the word verification...)

  8. Only two visitors a week, eh? At least you don't get searches that say "I want Noosha Fox vomit" from Ohio (well, maybe you do).

Magazine are touring? That must be difficult, what with the dead guitarist and all.

    Word verification - iwantnooshafoxvomit

  9. Ah, the delightful Mrs. Geoff!! L.U.V.ly to hear from you.

We have a running joke in our house about a neighbour of our's called Geoff who has a wife (Mrs. Geoff) who's always laying out cat biscuits for the felines of our street. We're toying with stealing her idea and marketing an assortment of kitty treats along the lines of Mrs. Geoff's Biscuits...you wait until this recession simmers down, you won't be laughing then...

Yes, Magazine sans McGeoch: doesn't add up, does it? Who will be in his stead? Robin Simon? Ben 'Mendy' Mendelson? Adrian Belew? Cat Balou??

Must dash, I have a kitten to order...

P.P.P.S. wrod verficatoon: thelghtprsoutofmoi - you couldn't make it up, could you?
